OTORO

Never have I ever eaten sushi like this!
This restaurant, Otoro, is very generous with their sushi.  The slices of fresh fish were very thick and I was actually full halfway ito my Salmon Rice Bowl.  Normally, I wouldn't even consider eating sushi to fill up my stomach because it is not exactly filling but this bowl was an exception.

The Sashimi and Salmon Ikura Bowl have  the same base.  Cooled japanese rice, slices of nori (seaweed), tamago (egg), spicy tuna, tuna, ginger and much more.  Mixing it all together and adding a bit of salmon is very satisfying and filling with the rice.

The menu can get a bit pricey for lunch time, but I highly recommend this restaurant because of it's chick environment, wonderful customer service, and the amazing matcha green tea! Yum!
